Over the past 12 years, the owners have steadily transformed this small 1939 cottage into something airy and expansive, while keeping true to the house’s original unobtrusive quality. The entire second floor, entryway, and backyard studio have been restored or added to the existing structure in a meticulous, warm manner using regional construction elements, and the pond and landscaping imbue the home with a calming, inviting ambience.
